SHAKTHIMAN SUPER PVC PIPE was introduced to the market in 1974 by Nediyra Chemicals, the first venture of the Nediyara Group. This was a pioneering attempt in Southern India in the production of PVC pipes as a durable and cost effective alternative to the conventional Galvanised Iron pipes for water conveyance.

Owing to the increasing demand for SHAKTHIMAN SUPER, thanks to its superior quality, Chloroplast was commissioned to augment the production capacity. The USP of the brand SHAKTHIMAN SUPER is it is available only with ISI marking, the stamp of quality assurance envisaged by Bureau of Indian Standards. Pipes from 20 mm to 200 mm outside diameters in different classes prescribed in the IS 4985 specifications are available in SHAKTHIMAN SUPER brand. State of the art Twin Screw Extruders and High Speed Heater Mixers are used for the production of SHAKTHIMAN SUPER pipes. Thus SHAKTHIMAN SUPER, one of the oldest brands of PVC pipes in Kerala, has always been a clear forerunner in maintaining product quality and hence has no competitors but only followers.
